  • Our company shall not be responsible for clearing any unwanted furniture located at the customer’s premises or other assigned locations. However, special requirements to clear any unwanted furniture could be fulfilled. To enquire more about disposal, please contact us at 6392 1131.
  • In any case if there is a need to change the delivery dates, please email or contact us at least 3 days in advance before the stipulated delivery timing. Please kindly provide us your name, invoice number and the desired delivery date and time for us to follow-up.
  • If any item in your order is temporarily/permanently out of stock, we will contact you to arrange for exchange or replacement for those item.
  • After placing the order, our customer service officer will contact you within 24 hours to set a delivery date and time.
  • Goods sold are non-refundable.
  • The customer cannot cancel the sales order after the goods are accepted and confirmed.
